New Earlier Times

OK - we have now reached that time of year when we have to get up really early!  Well, earlier!

Rod and I met up with Maria yesterday at 6.30am for a run at Haldon, and had a really good chilly morning running around the forest.  Our 4 dog team is doing really well and Scarlet seems to be pipping Alice to being the lead dog!  Sioux is so excitable, wow what a difference to when we first started running her at the age of 3 - there's no stopping her now!

James is currently doing more runs down at Halvanna due to work commitments (your growing up now James ....).  So you have a choice of two venues to meet us.

Rod and I have a few championship shows coming up so we are arranging a few more runs on evening during the week, so take a look in you email or text inbox to see what we are up to.

I am currently up dating photobucket to share just WestCountrySledDog pictures.  You'll receive an email soon when you have access to this.  Then I'll shut down my personal photobucket to public access.  Watch this space.

Happy Mushing.

PS. I am still in the throws of organising a West Country Sled Dog meal for the summer.

Well, I had my first go on the rig with two dogs today. It was fab. The runs are now much shorter and much earlier due to the warmer weather and I think it's going to get even warmer and we may have to resort to dog walks instead ;)
